This is as close as you'll get to a killer rare video from them.

I know it's late, looks like no one replied to you and you may already know this by now, but it's the song "Show Me", but an added little ditty piece for this video release. The original album release of "Show me" does not have this little segway bit. It's a little interim music for this video transitioning into Many Happy Returns.

Is this the stage set up for their Lexicon tour??? If memory serves right, the Lexicon tour featured a full orchestra like seen here...

@tgear77 i too am american i was 13 when l42 broke. When i see him it frustrates me because i cannot play like that, not even close, but as its been well documanted he tends to play in some ways like a drummer, he has control and natural abiltiy that normal people even gifted played dont have. I dont want to stop playing when i hear him..i just have to tell myself that he is on another planet and i and most people cant touch him. hitting the notes is one thing but technique and control, wow

@sprintbass I remember seeing a photo of him once Level 42 broke in the States with "Something About You" and seeing the electrical tape on his thumb and thinking that it was odd. Then a short time later I saw them playing live on a Canadian TV show and could not believe how he played. There are a lot of great bassists in the world, but he is in a league of his own. Every time I see him, I want to give up playing.

@iggypot very good ear you have... im 37 and when i heard and saw this in 82 i was 9 and it blew me away so much i went to my dad who is a phd in music and told him i wanted to do music like this...his answer was to put me into strings which im glad he did...and now i can proudly say the sounds i heard as a kid that moved me so very much i can pull off most of them..i cannot play like mark king from leval 42..but really not many can that guy makes me and most players of many years feel slow!

I know Democracy, but I know what's fascist! You would never here a line like this from an American artist/singer. Americans are so afraid of expressing this kind of opionion, even the ones today that think they are so cool, and cutting edge. This is how you do it, you can be stylish, and politically astute Americans...don't be afraid!

the eighties! the best decade ever! Life was cheap, a house did cost peanuts, a beer cost 0,80 euro in a bar or disco, cars were cheap, people wre much nicer to each other, the best movies were made in that decade, and the music was great because back then artist could realy sing and play an instrument, while todays artist care more about their image than their musical capabilities. But i don't mind, because that way they keep on playing eighties music, while todays shit wil be forgotten.
