Most of us have a guilt that we just have not done enough for our kids. We all get caught up in work, trying not to give up our own lives and interests, trials and tribulations, etc... But as long as we always make sure that our kids know that we truly love them, it's alright. It's the same way it was with our own parents when they grew up, as it was with us as it will be with our kids and theirs when they have them. It's all in a life and it's all fine. Oh, and don't over do it. Don't bring your 3,4 or 5 year old kids to places like Disney World and such or spend a lot of money on their birthday shindigs, because chances are, they will never remember much of anything like that, at that age. Just saying. So don't sweat it. Just be there for them.
