He pauses a lot when he speaks, it was hard to tell when he was done a thought. I wasn't trying to cut him off or insert my own commentary, I just try to make my interviews feel like casual conversations. Though I was also kind of nervous. It's not always easy knowing what to say to someone who has strongly influenced you in one way or another.
