I've grown up around trucking was in the cab before I could walk been driving long enough to have been around the block song is true. I started pulling freight changed to grain then cows. This song hits home in more ways than one. I speak for everybody when i say once the diesel is in your veins it never leaves. I'm sure I speak for everybody when I say that highway and truck are a fix you have to have. When it comes calling you go. It's an addiction it's like a drug you crave no different than a cigarette. Many of us bitch about our industry but we wouldn't ever trade it for a 9 to 5.

I really like Aaron Tippin's singing style. He's driven Large Cars enough to feel in his heart what he's singing about and you can certainly hear it in his song.
