The three singers also went through this process as did their predecessors . Likewise the wonderful young singers who are enthralling us now. They too will pass the baton. Isn't art exciting

I think what Joan Sutherland is saying is that your voice is your own and along as you use it in a healthy way, theres only so much that a superstar masterclass can teach you.

Cotrubas has a point. You are preparing for a role. Her voice and Sutherland's are superb. Cotrubas is the best Micaela and Gilda. They do not make them like that anymore. Fabulous in everywhere. And they got where they are today through hard word. Today's singer's take note. Let's see how long you all last.
