Can you give us any of the presets or at least a tutorial on how u make every sound u have cuz most ppl dont understand fm synthesis at all and ur blowing ppls minds to bits m8

Probably 8 layers, but I don't know anymore. It's just that my (computer) programming background more or less pushes me to powers of two.. (yea, silly, I know). The Mmm choir is smaller btw, which is fairly logical as the lack of high formants don't require large ensembles. Probably 4.

This is freaking amazing! One of the BEST remix tributes to Vangelis I've seen so far. I like the techno stuff in other vids, but what I like about this is that you stayed true to the original, yet adding in your own sounds--and showing the graphics of what the FM8 looks like while the song is playing back...a la old-school "player-piano." Awesome work! :-D

The sounds in my FM8 videos are all my own. I've never used any factory presets, for good reasons. :)

It sounds like real. There are only a few little things, that can give you an idea of that there's a synth working. Great piece!
