I am so sorry for your loss... God knows the hearts of man, and after losing a friend to suicide just a week after I was married, I have learned that there is nothing that says if you commit suicide you go to hell. Again, I am so sorry for your loss. His heart is broken for your friend, and for you. But He is not in charge of our Free Will. Please reach out to Him regardless of your relationship w./ Him- just ask for Holy Spirit to come, & He will because He loves you. Peace.
