No, he hasn't taken a pickup off the Les Paul. It's a prototype (circa 1952/3) and that's how it is, just one 'soapbar' P-90. This was pre-humbuckers.... My friend James Harman, who is playing harmonica here, is a friend of Billy Gibbons and he told me all about it. I wouldn't like to try guessing how much that guitar is worth but I doubt he'll be selling it anyway! Thanks for posting this, it's great to see it again. Best wishes from the U.K.
