i met ziggy & stephen and they were very very kind, big smiles and when i went to jamaica ppl were the same, very kind , i love them , and was honored to be able to go in and pay my respects to bob, very nice family.

I am certain it wasn't intentional. Being he has been in the 'spotlight'' from childhood days he probably was just tired from touring etc and just wanted to go about his business. I have met him, Stephen Cedella & Sharon . All cool people. Humble.
