Thought we should give some perspective to these issues. This event was held IN a church, but was for a secular festival in which the church was just a venue. Um, I am actually a woman. And this amazing lady has been my singing teacher for the past 6 years. Don't go disrespecting someone you know nothing about. She has been through hell and back and decided to wear something that would make her feel strong. Besides, this was a televised event. Maybe you should go criticise EVERYONE who's EVER shown any skin on television. And maybe you should take a step back and listen to the music before trying to find every little detail to criticise! GEESH!

Will someone please tell me what in the world is a choir singing a gospel song with the director of the choir dress like a club prostitute? What kind of church is this? The hypocrisy of it all. This must be a immoral like church.

I performed in this concert and while some may believe the conductors choice of clothing was inappropriate, to each their own, but I can tell you God was truly there that night. I have never felt his presence more then when performing the songs.

Whatever we do touching anything concerning the Lord, it is ministering unto the Lord. We must therefore ensure that we present ourselves appropriately in the presence of the Lord. That attire is wholly inappropriate. We need to clothe ourselves when we present ourselves before the Lord. God hates nakedness. The dress is inappropriate. Cover yourself when you com in the presence of the Lord. he is a holy God.

Is there some reason...everyone is not wearing a choir robe?? Especially the director?? Group is good... the evening dress for Gospel is a real pushing the envelope...a distraction from the message.
