Just for the records...not 2, Yello were 3 men cause Carlos Peron was the third one. U can see him in the Video ,too. He left Yello and started a solo Project.

I started watching MTV at the age of 10 in 1982. This was one of the songs that I HATED the most. I look at it now and wonder what the FUCK that I saw in this that wasn't AWESOME!!!

@the13er Sure, everybody knows they formed it but the throbbing heart was Blank who insisted on a vocalist, when Meier came Carlos was quite quickly out of the picture;) It's even sad to see how Carlos keeps on copying himself and Yello in his solo career. Or how do you explain that Yello kept on sounding exactly the same all these years ànd Carlos also did... I don't know, but who's sound was it?But you're probably right. @atzenanu Actually not. Peron and Blank formed the nucleus of Yello and created the idiosyncratic sound first and then added Meier as weirdo singer.

Till 1984 Yello was trio, Carlos Peron was actually the oroginal amsetrmind of the band.
