This demo was recorded for the 1987 Victor Records sampler Skull Thrash Zone Volume I.

This is the first recording with Pata as rythm guitarist. Shortly afterwards, the group was joined by hide & Taji, forming the lineup for their first three Studio Albums.

they started as a thrash/speed metal band , thats why they made a song for Skull Trash Zone Volume 1 . Vanishing Visions was still a thrash/speed metal album , blue blood was going more into progressive/heavy/speed metal

XJAPANになってからの洗練されたXもとても好きだが、Xがメジャーデビュー近辺の頃のスラッシュメタル時代のXというのも実は非常に世界に先駆けていたのだと思います。音が良い。。でも、スラッシュメタルだけをやっていたら売れなかったんだろうな。。。
