Aber wie genau das so ist, weis auch keiner genau. Es kann auch am Contentsystem überhaupt liegen, ob ein Content zb. identifiziert werden konnte. Es kann am Youtubeuser selbst liegen, wie zb. dessen Rechte hier bei YT sind ( ob zb. Strafen vorliegen usw. ).10 years ago

Urheber werden bei Erkennung eines Contents von YT benachrichtigt und dann können diese darüber entscheiden was mit dem Video passieren soll. Es kommt auch drauf an wie diese Werbung für sie ist. Sollte es ihnen nicht gefallen, dann werden sie es entfernen lassen. Wichtig scheint auch zu sein wer derjenige ist, der die Werbung macht bzw. Contentersteller ist. Abonenntenzahlen, Zuschauergruppe, können hier anscheinend auch viel entscheiden.10 years ago

Absolut richtig, das versteht niemand :D. Aber es kommt auch drauf an welches Material für das Video verwendet wurde. Werden zb. zuviele Elemente verschiedener Urheber in ein Video eingebracht, dann kann es sein, dass das Video unterbunden wird. Oft sieht man das auch bei Filmmaterial, verbunden mit Musik eines Interpreten, welcher mit dem Film nichts zu tun hat. Es ist auch Duldungssache der Urheber, ob ein Video zugelassen wird oder nicht.10 years ago
