when ever people play teen spirit on acoustic guitars they always change the chords and play it different because the chord pattern used for teen spirit isn't very acoustic guitar friendly unless you use some sort of guitar effect like a chorus pedal and some distortion . plus a lot of people have to turn the song in to a slow none screaming song because most people don't have the power in there voice to scream and still sound good while screaming

This is a fucking cover, it's not mean to be exact to the original, actually cover means you adapt the original song to your own style, it's some kind of tribute or reverence, that's all, stop being so fucking butthurt, and no, never a cover song will be as good as the original. Thats logic.
