One of the greatest groups of the 50's, 60's and 70's, The Dells served up the best live shows of all of their peers, I had the opportunity to meet and work with The Dells videotaping several of their concerts in the 90's. In 1990 the Dells performed "Wichita Lineman" in Washington, D.C. at the Carter Barron Amphitheater and it was the last time I ever heard them sing that song. I asked why they never sang it again and there was no clear answer. It was the best and I got to videotape it.
