I caught this band in Houston at Fitzgerald's in 1984. They opened for the Del Lords. It was a great show. A old friend of mine the Houston Post (later Chronicle) music critic, the late Bob Claypool, said in his January 1, 1985 retrospective that aside from Springsteen's Born in the USA concert this was his favorite of the year. I had to agree they were great. I still have one of their concert T-Shirts. In addition they were nice guys. I wish they had mase it to the top.
