Taken from the "Triumph:Tragedy:Transcendence" DVD. The video quality of this clip does not reflect that of the actual DVD as I had to convert down to a standard mpeg. Any sync issues are due to the fact that I swapped the original mp3 audio with a WAV file from the DVD audio master.
For this particular song, we had to overdub Scott's guitar parts due to a technical problem onstage & the desire to preserve continuity. We limited them to the heavy parts of the chorus and bridge however; everything else is 100% live as heard at the Posthalle on February 6th....and personally, the improvised guitar solo is one of my greatest expressions from the heart ever captured. I hope it translates here.

I'm not going to lie I much preferred tom's voice, it had ironically A more "operatic" feel to it. A quality that's brought me to prefer tom's vocals BUT I still love rain's as well. I'd love to see them do A duet in one of these newer songs, it'd be A great mixture.11 years ago
