I've played guitar for over 40 years, taught guitar, and love Hendrix, and I have to say, all of your Hendrix efforts on You Tube capture the man's precise vibe better than anyone I've ever heard. This solo, while it has very slight gaffes here and there proving you are human, phenomenally captures the essence of what Hendrix strives for in those intense moments of this, one of his greatest tunes. It sounds exactly as it should, and is amazing. Casual Hendrix followers most likely only understand a little of how great you capture Jimi's exact expression- the people you really impress are other artists.10 years ago
