Are you so sure ? he at least brought stability there......do you remember the pictures of Grozny during the civil war ? The Grozny mosque look great .......and the city has bounced back.......I am not a Chechen native of course...... and I am sure he is not a Saint.....but its unwise to believe the media for everything.....
