Close but not quite right. It does mean weed but scandinavian is not a language. Scandinavia consists of 3 different countrys, Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Each country has its own language even though they are similar and we do understand each other with some struggle. Ugress is a guy from Norway who creates wonderful tunes.
