The first 60 seconds of this (THEM THERE EYES) is arguably some of the best jazz singing and accompaniment ever recorded. Piano phrasing and note selection, brings to mind Nat Cole, Thelonious Monk, and the great Claude Hopkins. Bass styling pays homage to Ray Brown. And Tweet's own unique vocal interpretation of this classic tune, is captivating. Dis be da rizeel shiznit!
