That the songs on the new album definitely have "Balkan Folk" written all over them is pretty obvious. Trollfest maybe Norse but that doesn't somehow preclude them from composing what can only be coined as "Balkan Folk Metal" in this album. And they're doing a mighty fucking great job at it if u ask me :)

@Practice9Perfection yes they are. but the style music is derived from balkan music. the music they play in the balkans in let's say bulgaria. they themselves are norwegian. so wtf balkan metal?
