Trini Lopez (76 years ) issued his first album 1963!Never on Sunday (Greek: Pote Tin Kyriaki) is a 1960 Greek black-and-white film which tells the story of Ilya, a self-employed, free-spirited prostitute ( Melina Mercouri ) who lives in the port of Piraeus in Greece! The signature song of the film won the Academy Award for Best Song ! Composer is Manos Hadjidakis. It was released and performed by Melina Mercouri ! The song has since been covered by numerous artists, (Trini Lopez too) and has gained various degrees of success throughout the world.
