"Calling it Adrian Thaws is saying you don't really know me," says Tricky of his 11th album. "So many times people have tried to put a finger on me and every album I go to a different place."

tricky is a genius. end of. that white, middle class critics constantly bleat on that nothing he's produced since compares to maxinequaye is a source of bemusement to me. seems it's unforgiveable to come from a council estate and not stay in your box.9 years ago
