Rammstein hat NDH "berühmt" gemacht, sie wurden von der Presse mit diesem "Titel" versehen. Oomph! dagegen sind die Vorreiter... oder auch Pioniere dieser Musikrichtung... ganz einfach.

I agree with you but mainly it's because Rammstein is the only band that sings in German that most Americans have heard of. Also most Americans have the ingrained perception of what Germans are like and Till Lindemann just happens to fit that mold.

Considering Oomph! started the genre it's bloody daft that every Neue Deutsche Härte band gets compared to Rammstein.. Besides.. Eisbrecher and Megaherz are better than all of them!

Das Instrumental is schon ziemlich gut, für das Genre. Der Gesang is jedoch für meinen Geschmack zu dünn, viel zu dünn.

@Nisselini I know what you mean! I'm german and listening to music like this but i gotta say that rammstein for me still remains the best band - oomph! follows right behind - in this genre though the other ones are great too.. of course it's not a remake of rammstein but those bands are part of the same sort of music so they all have to be compared, it's not possible to avoid this.. That's just my opinion and as we know: everyone's got the right to have his own. :)

@Nisselini sry but.... the first band which comes in my mind when i hear music like this is rammstein.... but it's not the country of origin, it's just the how the music sounds
