Stevie B singing Old City Bar, the only man that should ever sing this song. This year he threw in a little comedy to the act

If one could be home...they'd be already there...

This wasn't on their DVD, so not sure which video that is. The guy who sang it on the original CD, John Margolis, is still alive and well I believe. Maybe you are thinking of Daryl Pediford who sang Music Box Blues and Price of Peace?

I still prefer the singer that sang it for their CD. This guy has too much brightness, tremolo, and range in his voice, the singer on the CD really sounded like an old man who had spent the last 20 years calling a bar his home. Gravelly, raspy, what you'd expect from a person who had long been finding his answers at the bottom of a whisky bottle or the inside of a cigarette box.

They have to get Stevie back singing it... The only one that sang it better was the guy who sang it on their video , who is no longer with us. ( he passed away a year or so after their video DVD was out) Sound was good but the video needed help

OMG!! I was here this night and saw the same show everyone else did! I was sitting in my seat in the audutorium too! How crazy is that! Someone was sitting right next to me, and they were clapping! What an awesome show.

I agree with bsc349.... it's a nice song and there are many ways to do it. I prefer Bart's. Tommy did it once and did a respectable job of it too, back a few years ago covering a show.

I agree...I saw the show last night and the song was very different with the raspy crappy voice of the singer...I was soooo disappointed...and the fact that Stevie B WAS there but didn't sing it ticked me off

Is this the 3pm or the 8pm. If it's the 8pm, you sat really close to me.
