Timeless song. Love the fretless bass and how it gradually builds. Great lyrics, mix ,dynamics. Audiophile recording. Perfect musicianship. I hate it when folks characterize this as "thinking man's pop". This is where pop music should have logically moved to next on the radio. Too bad Napster ruined it.

Gotta wonder if spocks beard havn't listened to kevs style, yeah, i know NDV was drumming for kev at some point...The years go by and KGs music just gets better with each listening...Probbo one of americas finest songwriting talents of all time...Many aspire to greatness, few achieve so much in so little time...His legacy was some of the most intelegent and soulfull music of the 80s and 90s...
