Ebba Tove Elsa Nilsson, med artistnamnet Tove Lo, född den 29 oktober 1987, är en svensk singer/songwriter och musiker, bosatt i Stockholm. Hennes musik utgörs till stor del av indiepop och indierock.
Hon upptäcktes som låtskrivare 2011 genom samarbete med Max Martin och dennes låtskrivarteam, men hade redan som ung flicka skrivit lyrik och noveller. Hon har gått på Rytmus musikskola.
Tove Lo utgav sin första singel, Love Ballad, hösten 2012 och släppte den andra, Habits, våren 2013. Den 16 oktober 2013 utgavs den tredje singeln, Out of Mind. Tidigare hade Tove Lo ett band som kallade sig "Tremblebee", men lämnade detta för att satsa på singelkarriären. Hon har skrivit låtar till en rad artister, bland andra Icona Pop.
Den 3 mars 2014 släppte hon sin första EP, Truth Serum.
Tove Lo uppträdde i På spåret i programmet som sändes den 24 januari 2014. Hon framförde låtarna "Fidelity" (av Regina Spektor) och "Fred" (av Mikael Wiehe).
