This is the year when mike porcaro diagnosed for als. Love this band they explore most of all kind music genre n bring out the difficult patern into easy listening music meanwhile still not easy to b played.

That's interesting. I didn't even know what autotune was until I looked it up in Wikipedia. You may be right but you've got to admit that Kimball is still pretty good.

I think they did some autotune and mixing of the live vocal in the studio afterwards for the DVD - to polish it up. If you watch the Belgrade concert from this tour, you can see what I mean. Everything is a little too crisp in this performance..but every band does that when they do DVDs. Except maybe Rush. Because Rush is awesome.

If you watch and listen to the live 2006 Belgrade concert, you can see the difference. No autotune on that one. Still sounds good, but obviously not produced, mixed, etc. to the extent this concert was - since they were making it for DVD. But then pretty much all bands do some polishing up for DVDs.
