Just love this performance and this song!! Such a powerful message! TBK is such an amazing album. I hope those that don't enjoy it really give it a chance to speak. It took me several listens to really find a connection to its message. Now that I do, I always come back to this album.

I love this song so much... I used to be afraid of The Beekeeper because of the bad reviews until I listened to it for the first time... I was just surprised because my impressions were really good, I was captivated and I finally started to love this album too. It's different, but soulful, meaningful and "warm" <3

@JessicaClark I guess they're just too much obsessed with her earlier works and IMHO can't understand and treasure the message of TBK P.S. god, they think T should always sing about rape and frustration...ahem, that says much about themselves

I'm so into this song right now! I think TBK is more introspective and subdue which is maybe why some don't like it but I'm definitely in a Beekeeper phase right now! Cheers

Right, that is very true ZeroPointLibra, every album is intimate and personal within its own specificity, atmosphere and themes :) You know, at first, I've been rather categorical when I wrote « totally and absolutely » because actually I wanted to stand up for "The Beekeeper" as I have the feeling many persons that adore Tori really are disappointed by this (beautiful) album.. Plus, to me the fact she's now working with an independent music company could be a great news too..

Hello anthonyangel08 You describe the concept of American Doll Posse in a very nice way :) I would have difficulties to say which Tori album is my favourite one because they all are fantastic! I like ADP a little less, but I actually think it's a really good album, and that shows she is deeply talented ;) I guess I simply prefer hearing Tori in a more intimate and "personal" way.. and notably I may feel more moved by the music style of the "Beekeeper"..

The concepts of the albums are divergent, comparisons are absurd. With American Doll Posse, Tori seperated facets of herself and made each into a doll charactertype, representing the sacred feminine archetypes. Both are Genius works. Along with every other album. I really am a Tori freak. I wish more people could comprehend her.

I love this song! I am a die-hard Tori fan, and too, am not a huge fan of American Doll Posse.I appreciate every Tori effort, though. This is such a beautiful song. Thanks for posting it, or I may not have been able to see a live performance of it!
