Tony is evolving as a musician.He can still hit all the high notes I think he is not as comfortable as he use to be.you have to remember those who dont know music Tony always used heavy effects on his voice huge reverb and delay and a harmonizer.he just singing this stuff straight up with reverb.sounds good to me.Tony is one of the best singers of his time.very underated in my oppinon.

As a singer, I can tell when another singer doesn't have the confidence to hit notes. You can tell that Tony can still sing, but he's really uncomfortable. He walks around and acts like he's doing other things when the high notes come up. He does the classic, get the audience to sing routine. Hitting notes in practice and warmup is good, but you have to be able to stay relaxed during the performance, or else you tighten up and start to strain..
