Charted at #23 on Billboard Hot 100 in June 1956. Tommy's biggest hit on the Hot 100, although he did have some minor chart items on the Hot 100 and Adult Contemporary charts with "Kum Ba Yah" being the most successful at #4 Adult Contemporary and #54 Hot 100 in January 1969. He had a few other hits in Australia and was noted there for his version of "My City of Sydney".

Original Billboard review: "A most engaging ballad by Larry Conley and Johnny Marks (of "Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer fame) is sung warmly by the warbler. It's Leonetti's strongest entry to date, and one that could break into the money." Billboard rating: 81 out of 100.

Written by Johnny Marks and Larry Conley.

B-side is "It's Wild".

He was a good singer. Sad that he had to die so young. R.I.P. Tommy.
