Tina certainly has evolved over the years. In the 1978 Psycho Killer vid she looks like a nervous, shy young boy. A few years later she had morphed into a truly sexy classical beauty. Now at 60+ she can still hold her own looks-wise. Talent, intelligence, and looks-some women really do have it all. And keep the pigtails Tina, they definitely work for you! Oh yeah, your sisters...knockouts too.

it appears the songs lyrics owe a lot to the Talking Heads song 'Crosseyed and Painless'. At around 3:47 of that song, David Byrne starts saying facts are this and facts are that, much in the same way Tina talks about words. It's not hard to see the possible connection.

That's it! That's how rock'n'roll actually started at the first place - pure energy, childish emotion, rhythm, dance, love, happiness!

I have the feeling that this is the Chicks on Speed version... which, musically is almost identical to the TTClub version but the vocals, though kept close to the original (why-oh-why make a cover in the first place?) give the game away...

I remember this song from *TomTom Club* as a kid. Is this just Rapping or something else, maybe HipHop's untold story of inclusion?

I am not a liar. I remember watching them make them in Virgin Megastore's basement on Oxford Street when I first moved to London in 1981. The engineers were wearing some sort of space suits to keep dust out. Although, it may have been 1982 or '83 when I first saw it. That doesn't make me a liar. It makes me mistaken.
