@fanzappa Yeah..but Bowie didn't make it such a big deal and rallying cry.And anyway...unlike Tom,he did it in a sexy way. "Schoolboys In Disgrace"is a Kinks song. And yeah, I fear, I have to admit I'm slightly homophobic. (not in a nasty way,mind).I have big problems,picturing two males,making out) I know it's hypocritical,because I haven't got such problems,with a lesbian couple.Probably because of my confused mixed up Catholic upbringing.

@fanzappa Yeah,I know,but "rather big".is an overstatement, for this blue monday bunch. Tommy was a somewhat silly confused schoolboy in discrace. He's a happily married housefather these days. Being "glad to be gay" was just a little experiment, and got boring rather quick.
