Now that's a Rock number! I loved how the Byrds did it with McGuinn on that 12 string Rickenbacker and Chris Hillman on that Bass! Petty does an awesome rendition.

poor Howie Epstein...he got kicked out of the band for getting busted for heroin about 3 weeks before the band was elected into the R n R Hall Of Fame in 2001...he died a few months later in February, 2003.

Pack Up the Plantation was a great album. Petty just performed at the Times Forum (now renamed Amalie Arena) here in Tampa yesterday; Sunday Night: September 21, 2014. Great concert: he closed with American Girl and really rocked the house. Dude has a full fledged beard now and still rocks like it was the early '80s even though he has to be flirting with 60. He has never forgot his Florida roots. Thanks for posting this!
