Tom Petty, in my opinion, is one of the few artist's who can take a song and Rock it with the best of them and he can take a ballad and perform it beautifully. Plus I like the fact he stays true to himself. He doesn't take shit off anybody. He's made concert promoters reduce the ticket prices of his concerts when he feels they are trying to rip the fan's off. Not too many artist's will do that. He's one of the really good guys:)
