Sounds exactly like I assumed the melding of C list old hair metal sounding bands would merge into. Sounds like a tax write off. They should tour with Stephen Pearcy. His new CD is shaping up to be about the same level of quality. I'm not mocking the type of sound. I like this kind of music. Only, you know, when it's actually good.7 years ago

Am I hearing the same songs as you guys? What's up with the groupthink mentality slamming the production? :-/ Sure, admittedly I may be tone deaf and I know nothing about production or mixing (doubt everyone here's an expert either), but it sounds good to me ::shrug:: Maybe a little raw, but that's what I like about it. Reminds me of 40Ft Ringo (a good thing) :-) Not stuck in the 80s like a lot of Frontiers releases (including some recent Trixter songs to be fair). If you want to criticize a band for production, how about some of Enuff Z'nuff and Donnie Vie's recent stuff (great power pop artists, but some of that stuff is so demo quality it pains me to think what could have been)? Different strokes, I guess. Or its just "cool" to be negative. People have always confused me, so I honestly have no idea. I just like what I like - 'nuff said ;-)7 years ago
