I never comment on these videos but I had to tell you, spot on bro! Toad is one of my all time favorites and you captured and replicated Todd's tone, feeling and phrasing perfectly. He is so underrated and textural and you did him justice. One of the best vids I've seen yet, keep them coming!

Nice! Sorry for the late reply. I would love to be part of a TTWS tribute band, but it will take a lot of brushing up on my part to learn their tunes correctly. I was lucky enough to see them once in NJ a few years ago. Great show!

Thanks, K/P! I agree that this Strat is now 100% complete. Not too shabby for a small investment and an extra set of Duncan's to boot! I also really love the color and it looks great with the slightly yellowed pup's. Shallow, I know, My '89 Strat is now on deck and I will take a more traditional approach with it. The guitarist from TTWS is a great player. I love his approach and he adds such nice flavor to their tunes. He may actually use an open tuning on this song, but not sure.

Yawn..... Perfect as usual! Really nailed the harmonics as well. Gotta say, that guitar has Attitude and Something extra special. Perfect place for those pups. That guitar is complete. Don't change anything! Freakin' PERFECT! Seriously. This might be your best cover so far in your life. The guitarist from TTWS would be jealous. Unemployment line for him.
