pat mAcdonald is still making great, innovative music - now under the alter ego Purgatory Hill. Check out the new stuff at purgatoryhill-dot-com.

Wally was a bit of a percussion pioneer, really. Specific to 1 or 2-person rock/pop acts like Timbuk 3, that is.

@jonnylag That's Wally Ingram. And absolutely, yes, things got better when Wally came along.

@kimbaptise you can get the whole ACL performance on a new cd that's just been released on the SB United label. "Will You Still Love Me" is on the disc!

Great song. Nice percussion by the guy in Mork and Mindy spacesuit. He looks a bit like a young Paul Mcartney. Anyways IMHO what he's playing sounds way better than a crappy drum machine.

I wish someone would upload the concert they perform on Austin City Limits. There's this one song they perform called "Will You Still Love Me When I'm Dead" that I can't find anywhere. Not even on any file sharing program. I think they never recorded this song and I don't know if it's an original Timbuk 3's song but it's one of their best.

Wow. Thanks for this. I miss Timbuk3. They left a HUGE hole that's no one's filled. I think if they hadn't had the hit "My Futures so Bright" more people would know the rest of their music.
