Whenever I see posts where people judge a celebrity as if they knew them, especially in regards to relationships like marriage, I have to wonder if they've ever been in one. There do exist fathers who would love to be with their sons and daughters but who can't live with the mother. Assuming Tim "got rid of his wife and son" is jumping to an unwarranted conclusion and assumes staying in a bad marriage is better for children - not always true. Better to not fall prey to oversimplification, especially from a foggy distance.

+Dennis Michaels - Cool that you got to see him, but consider the value of judging an artist by a given crowd reaction, rather than judging the crowd. Jazz musicians often change if the crowd size gets large, signifying they aren't cutting edge enough. Tim played Atlantic City Pop Festival with just a bongo player and an electric guitar to back up his voice and acoustic at a time when huge stages with double bass drums and massive Marshall stacks were coming into favor. There was some grumbling until about halfway through his first song. The crowd went hysterical over Gypsy Woman. So which crowd was right? Answer - it doesn't matter much if an artist is chasing a vision or is chased by "demons".
