They've already said themselves that it was their full intent to play songs that closely resemble Dissection. So... with that in mind, you can't just negatively call them a rip-off. If they went about how they were playing something new, that would be a different story.

I think KD's vocals might be off putting to someone who hasn't listened to any of his albums more than a couple times. Other than that, I'd just say those people haven't graduated Heavy Metal 101.
