@tabue1er Don't be ridiculous. He never said everyone who drinks is gonna beat his girl. Besides, they've been Straight Edge since the beginning. And just because they've taken a stronger approach towards groove metal doesn't mean they've gotten worse, it is just different and you don't have to like it. Anyway, i'd rather listen Straight Edge bands than that "partying up and getting high" bullshit like Municipal Waste. In case you like it.

Haha I feel you. Recently I read though that in a live show of theirs they didn't play any song off their last 2 records. Does that mean that they are returning to hardcore? I hope not - you hope yes xD. Time will tell.

I can respect that. I do not much care for groove metal. To me, filled this awesome niche that was like fight club metalcore/hardcore and they were my absolute favoirte in the haymaker/vendetta era. If you say this is amazing groove metal, then I believe you. But it just does not do it for me personally and I miss their haymaker sound bad. It is like their is a void in my life musically since they evolved.

Venom and Tears = 9, Deathless = 10. Seriously, Deathless is a groove metal masterpiece. It is understandable not to like their new style, but these 2 albums are SWEET.

Haymaker = 10, Vendetta = 9, V&T = 5, Deathless = 3. Dave started sounding like Sully on V&T. Got even worse with Deathless. Fuck! I miss 2004 - 2006 Throwdown. I miss them badly.
