Ok folks in response to the great "Trigger Debate" its standard procedure with most all metal music with very fast double bass to use triggers.That's a sure fire way to get the definition and consistency to hear the beats.They can also set the sensitivity to where you only have to tap the head to trigger the note.Thus the pedal settings can be very light and easier to play faster. Triggers are a good thing but there still has to be effort put forth to use them but they can make the work easier13 years ago
