I would be impressed to see you actually accurately name this genre, you just sound upset over the name deal and decide to take it out on a genre you don't really care for that you probably didn't even know previously existed. And there's no "right" to using a name. Whoever picks it first gets it, simple as that. And their reasoning for choosing the name is actually quite deep and much more original than yours, watch an interview. Artists create things from inspiration, not totally copy it.

You are wrong. I do hate the genere very much, and the fact that my music style is inspired by that of a Clockwork Orange... classical on synths... gives me more right ot use the name. In what way does this band ahve the right to use the name... nothing about them relates to the movie... The outfit of the group along with the artwork is very similar to the film too, which was done unintentionally
