You can get it in Holland but it's hard to find, in the south and Belgium it's a traditional drink on Wyten Donderdag. Watch out for the Bokkenrijdersmede, it contains hallucinogens. You can also make it yourself, it isn't hard to do and there are enough recipes on the net.
