Sounds to me like Pink Floyd borrowed portions of this chord progression for "Echoes". Ron Morgan, super unsung early guitar hero - Check out 4:42 sounds a heck of a lot like Carlos Santana but it's Ron thru and thru! 1968! A year before Santana's first album hit the streets.

@theQueenofPsych From that psychedelic "Sunset Strip" era 1966 when LSD was not illegal. Led to the San Francisco "Haight Ashbury" 1967. The Grateful Dead lived in LA 1966 for "Acid Tests". Many bands - Doors, Love, Zappa, Captain Beefheart. A truly creative few years. Still have not recovered.
