the fact that people think the weakerthans are out of place on epitaph is just a sign that the label is changing for the worse. it used to be all good stuff 10+ years ago. now it seems like these guys and bad religion are the only good artists left on epitaph12 years ago

@keenanah propagandhi is one of my favorite bands and so are the weakerthans although i love john k samson i think that Todd(Propagandhi's new basist) is way better suited to where he is although this isn't and argument. I'm going to make wild assumptions and declare that nobody apparently knows that Epitath started out as a punk-rock recording company founded by a member of Bad Religion! I think it's excellent that they now include diverse styles of music into their label, ranging from Scream-o Metal to folk-rock (like the Weakerthans) to hip-hop. The fact that Epitath has open minds, and you don't, does not mean you have to hate on the label in an act of prejudice or jealousy.14 years ago
