Discovered this gem after I was beyond sure I had heard everything The Wailers had put down. I instantly thought of the Sublime "Marley Medley" I had been playing for years, and the old gospel songs my mother taught me as a young boy.

G and C brotha, Barre chords are the preferred method for the muted, skanking style. There is a little change at the end that I play G,C,A,D, then back to rocking from G to C again.

This isn't the original version. There are two early versions to this: Where is my mother and This Train with Bob Marley on vocals

Bunny does lead vocal here but the song demonstrates the totality of the three dynamos that made up the three Wailers. Phenomenal group - the weavers of the third world's chronology!

Both the Wailers and Beatles were revolutionary as the first recording artists as to form their own labels as a group...Both groups are extremely popular on a global level unseen by any other groups. Only Elvis or Michael Jackson can compare as global stars. Both groups presented a cohesive spiritual message that had a massive impact. Then you have the comparison of both groups having highly politically outspoken members who ended up shot by gunmen under highly suspicious circumstances.

Why not? The comparison between the Wailers and Beatles is quite fitting. You have three distinct singer songwriters in both groups whose voices when combined form a magical harmony that goes beyond their individual abilities. Both groups had an innate ability that came to fruit as a result of their seemingly telepathic ability to communicate musically, and both groups split yet remained eternally tied together, on a spiritual level but also through their self formed recording labels.
