yeah it was all about him. that would explain why after the whigs broke up, his first musical endeavor had numerous singers, not just him. oh and now he pretty much plays second fiddle to mark lanegan. yeah he has an ego, but the whigs broke up cos they all live in different parts of the country

Yeah, Greg was the lifeblood, partly because, like the vampire he characterized in one of his songs, he sucked the energy out of the other members of the Whigs, eventually swallowing them whole. Why do you think he looks so bloated compared to the Dulli of old? The Whigs went from being a band to being all about Greg, whose ego seems larger than his bloviating stage personae. All that being said, he is still a good song writer, spitting out more hooks than most of the bigger fishes.
