@TamableTantalus - It actually is a bonus track on a separate CD. The CD was offered by Sub Pop for those who pre-ordered Dynamite Steps. The cover of the bonus CD is also labeled "Dynamite Steps". I know because I received it with my pre-order.

it's a cover from the Canadian synthpop band Desire... but it was no bonus on the Belgian Dynamite Steps album... it seems it has been released on a limited edition with on the b-side the Dulli-version of 'Ballad of Pure Thought' from Tim Vanhamel's Millionaire
